Giants Employee Party 2015

In the non-championship seasons, the Giants have their end-of-the-season employee party in October and in recent years have made it a Halloween theme with lots of family-friendly events.  This year was no exception and the kids were excited to go and get to go on the field.  They got pumpkins from the centerfield pumpkin patch (which Uncle used for Teenie bowling), made masks in the visitors' dugout, and won prizes for completing the scavenger hunt in the Edible Garden.  They did not endure the home dugout line for face painting and balloon animals.

Pumpkin bowling!

Max at first base

Daniel at first

Caroline at first

Miss witch and the Jack-o-Lantern brothers at third base.
I tried to get them to all sit with me and pose for a family picture, but you see how well that turned out...

Max thought we wanted a picture of his butt, apparently...

At this point, I noticed that Daniel's hair was looking mighty tasty...

While everyone else watched the presentation of awards, we disappeared to the left field kids' fan lot to ride the slides (they let Caroline go down the "big" slide even though she wasn't really tall enough) and hit some balls at the mini ballpark.  And then we wandered back along the third base line to head out and head home.

The kids found Boppy at the mini ballpark!

Check out these bizarre condiments...
