Interaction

Last night, the 'teenies were playing on the new alphabet foam mat their uncle and I had laid down in the living room.  They have started interacting a bit more and we noticed that Max and Caroline had positioned themselves on their bellies, facing each other.  Out of nowhere, they started giggling uproariously.  Then silence.  Then giggling again.

So we watched.

Apparently, Caroline had dropped her head down - like she was going to bang her forehead on the carpet - and Max thought it was funny and laughed.  Caroline recognized the cause-and-effect relationship  and tried it again.  He laughed again, which made her laugh.  And then she kept doing it three or four more times, each time to a cascade of giggles.

Proof - my daughter is a ham.
