Little Gardners at the Academy

The Academy of Sciences has a little explorers program that meets on Wednesday mornings.  The kids haven't been able to go since we've been members because they go to school, but we had the Wednesday before Thanksgiving off and so we rushed out to get there early and get tickets.  For $5 each, the kids got to spend an hour in the Academy's garden learning about bulbs and how they grow.  They got to plant different kinds of bulbs in the garden and they got to take bulbs and a whole planting set home with them as well.

Max accidentally flicked dirt all over a kid standing next to him.  We didn't make the greatest impression on that family.

Then we went inside and checked out the aquarium and the life science part of the museum.
